Position Description:
A collaborative law firm seeks a Hardware Support Technician to resolve technical issues, manage hardware setups, and perform continued maintenance, including documenting, updating, and closing helpdesk tickets daily. This position will involve imaging and deploying computers, configuring new workstations, and tracking lifecycle management. This person will be responsible for setting up conference rooms with AV and IT equipment, advising the IT Manager on purchasing needs, and actively participating in departmental meetings to discuss emerging trends and recurring hardware problems.
Position Requirements:
The firm seeks an IT professional with at least one year of experience in hardware support in a legal or professional services setting. This person should be adept with both Windows and Mac Operating Systems, AV equipment, and the latest hardware technologies.
